When I was alone in the kitchen making a breakfast toast at the age of maybe 10 I would very diligently explain all the steps it takes to make a good sandwich…to myself. I guess this was the first sign of my love for cooking (or that I was really weird).
Years later during my first proper attempts to cook in my student dorm in Germany, I was amazed by all the mind-blowing flavours that I have never tried before. Since eating out was expensive and I was also not really convinced by the first frozen pizza I ever had I kept on cooking.
However, the final spark emerged when I decided to give a chance to a plant-based diet for a while.
After I was sick and tired of eating salads in the first few days, I started experimenting more and although I am now not excluding anything from my diet I learned to love and prepare food in a completely new way.
My goal is to promote eating more plants simply because they are good for us and taste fantastic. However, I believe everyone has the right to eat whatever the hell they want, so this page is free of judgement. I am just happy if you ever give a chance to one of the recipes on this page.
